A super clean, minimalist site – my dream! Built on Wordpress, this was a throroughly enjoyable process from the beginning to end.

I recently launched a website for an incredibly talented artist and author based out of Charlottesville, Virginia, Suzanne Chitwood. For various reasons, we decided to pick a Wordpress theme and customize it. The customizations included revamping their gallery functionality and replacing with NextGEN Gallery, WP Supersized, and quite a bit of custom CSS. Graph Paper Press has some great looking themes out there – simple and straightforward – thanks to them for a nice foundation for this site.
A good exercise in weighing the ups and downs of a custom site vs. templated site.
